Terms Of Service

Payment via PAYPALExtra 50% from base price for additional character.
NSFW is extra 15% from base price. We can discuss what I am and not comfortable drawing once you contact me with a nsfw request.Finishing a commission takes around 1 or 2 weeks for a coloured piece and a few days for a sketch. I can occasionally finish it faster.1. Half of the payment is required at the start of commission. If you feel comfortable you may send the whole payment at once!2. You will receive the high quality file only after you pay the rest 50% of the total price.3. Refunds are available only during the early sketch phase.
When the sketch gets more detailed I will not be giving a refund.4. Maximum major revisions is 3. The rest will be charged for 5$. If the change is big enough (ex. change of position after the drawing is almost finished) i will charge more.
Minor revisions or revisions due to overlooks on my part are free.5. Double the price for commercial use.6. I have the right to refuse the commission request, with no explanation as to why.

Artwork intended to offend or mock a group of people

Humanoid/Human
Chibi
Armour and easy Mecha, Weapons
Fan art, Ship art
Male, Female and NB presenting characters
Gore and Violence
Backgrounds
Stickers and emotes
Tattoos

Usage rights:- You may use your commission for any personal uses such as profile icons, forum signatures, page decoration and so on.
- You MAY NOT use your commission for any commercial purposes, to produce merchandise, or in any means to make a profit, unless you payed the commercial fee.
- You may repost the artwork you have ordered with proper credit and a link back to any of my socials.
- You are not allowed to alter the image in any way or remove any watermarks
- You may edit the artwork as you please, although I would like it maintain my credit.
- Unless you ask for the commission to remain private, I will use them in any way I see fit. ( promoting myself, reposting, etc. )
